Travel Mastery membership is an ongoing subscription, like Netflix. You can maintain your membership for as long as you like and cancel at any time. New resources are continuously introduced.

Is the Travel Mastery course self-paced?

The Travel Mastery course is self-paced. You are able to work through as much or as little course material as you'd like.

Once access has been established, how long are courses available? Will participants be able to go back and access a course again?

You will have unlimited access to all of the courses for as long as you maintain your membership.

Will there be a Facebook group for members of the Academy?

You can find the URL & PASSWORD required to join our private member-only FB community in your members’ area.

Login here: https://learn.travelmastery.com/users/sign_in and look for the tile titled “Private Member Community”. You can find the password and URL required to join in there.

If I end membership, will I still have access to lessons released when I was an active member, but not access to new resources?

Once you end your membership, you will no longer have access to the Travel Mastery course. Similar to a Netflix subscription, you're not paying per class; rather, you're paying for a membership with Travel Mastery.

Will I pay a monthly fee forever or just until the courses I want are completed?

It's an automated recurring payment, like a Netflix subscription. You will be charged until you cancel your membership.

What is the refund policy?

We offer a generous 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee (on your first payment).

If you feel we have not delivered on what we promised and would like to request a refund, please email hello@travelmastery.com with your account email address, and we will refund your order.

Note: 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to first payment only. Any re-occurring charges are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, login here: https://learn.travelmastery.com/users/sign_in

Click on your name at the top right-hand corner and select “My Account”.

Select the “Billing” tab.

From here you can:

• View/update your saved credit card.

• View recurring payments and cancel your subscription.

• Renew a subscription or payment plan after a failed payment has set the status to Payment Due.

How do I update my credit card information?

To update your credit card information, login to the Travel Mastery members area here: https://learn.travelmastery.com/users/sign_in

Click on your name at the top right-hand corner and select “My Account”.

Select the “Billing” tab.

From here, you can view/update your saved credit card.
